Overview
This unofficial browser extension helps users select and safely batch-manage conversations through controls visible in their current ChatGPT tab. It is published by kayw and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
Information the extension handles
To provide its user-facing features, the extension processes limited information visible in the current chatgpt.com tab, including conversation titles, Project names, relevant interface labels, runtime identifiers, user-entered filters, selections, operation queues, and operation results.
The extension does not read full conversation messages, cookies, session tokens, passwords, or login credentials.
How information is used
The information is used only to show the management interface, identify the visible conversations and Projects selected by the user, preview the requested batch, activate the corresponding visible ChatGPT controls after confirmation, and verify visible results.
Local processing and retention
Information handled by the extension remains in the memory of the current browser tab. The extension does not use browser storage, a remote database, analytics, telemetry, or a remote logging service. Refreshing or closing the tab clears the extension's runtime state.
The publisher does not receive or retain conversation titles, Project names, filters, selections, queues, operation results, or other ChatGPT page content.
Sharing and transfer
The extension does not directly send user data to the publisher or third parties. It does not sell user data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness, or permit humans to read it through a publisher-operated service.
Permissions
The extension requests host access only to https://chatgpt.com/*. This access is required to display the extension interface, process the visible information needed for the user-selected operation, activate visible controls, and verify the visible result. The extension does not request browser storage, cookie, webRequest, or declarativeNetRequest permissions.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third-party service
Operations performed through the ChatGPT website remain subject to the terms and privacy practices of the website operator. This extension does not control those third-party practices.
Changes to this policy
If the extension's data practices change, this policy and the Chrome Web Store disclosures will be updated before the changed version is published. The effective date above identifies the current policy version.
